FAQ’s

Do we get a tax receipt for camp or lesson programs to use on?
Sorry we don’t issue tax receipts unless you make a donation online which gives you a receipt at that time. If you are you looking for a receipt for a summer or winter camp or program for your tax return. When you registered for camp or program there is an option online at that time to get a receipt. If you didn’t print it out or request one and we would have to make a manual one which we charge and admin fee of $25.00 to receive that from us  and you would need to send us a copy of the payment you made from your credit card statement with the full name on it Just email to [email protected]
Does CJ’s offer discounts or offer subsidies
As we are a Not-For-Profit, we offer some scholarships & funding if there are financial hardships for families that can afford it and that’s all kept confidential.

Just email to our owner  [email protected]

What happens if I miss a class or cancel a program
As a Not-For-Profit organization coming out of Covid we have very limited resources and are struggling day to day just to cover our rent.

You may not be aware that our founder donates all his time and a large part of his income from his full-time job to help cover some of the annual losses we incur.

As a Not-For-Profit we take great pride in our facility where we offer lessons & programs, and we work hard to offer our customer(s) the best possible experience.

We understand that you may have questions regarding our refund policy for lessons or programs, and we would like to take this opportunity to explain our policy in more detail.

We invest significant time and resources into developing and delivering our programs and lessons, and we believe that the value we provide is well worth the price.

However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are unable to complete a program or lesson. While we sympathize with your situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for lessons or programs.

There are several reasons for this policy.

Firstly, our programs and lessons are designed to be completed over a specific period of time, and we cannot offer refunds for lessons or programs that have already been completed.

Secondly, we cannot offer refunds for lessons or programs that have already been booked, as we have already invested time and resources into delivering the content.

Thirdly we make the commitment with the instructors who receive the largest part of the lesson revenue. We understand that this policy may be disappointing, but we hope that you can appreciate the reasons behind it.

We value our customers and are committed to providing you with the best possible learning experience.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are always happy to assist you in any way we can and thank you for your understanding.
