Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

As a Not-For-Profit organization coming out of Covid we have very limited resources and are struggling day to day just to cover our rent. <\/span><\/p>\n

You may not be aware that I donate all my own time and a large part of my income from my full-time job to help cover some of the annual losses we incur.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a Not-For-Profit we take great pride in our facility where we offer Session(s), Lesson(s), Program(s), PA Day(s) & Camp(s), and we work hard to offer our customer(s) the best possible experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

We understand that you may have questions regarding our refund policy, and we would like to take this opportunity to explain our policy in more detail. We invest significant time and resources into developing and delivering our Session(s), Lesson(s), Program(s), PA Day(s) & Camp(s), and we believe that the value we provide is well worth the price. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are unable to complete a program, lesson, or camp. While we sympathize with your situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for Session(s), Lesson(s) unless you notify us 72 hours prior and for programs or camps unless you purchased insurance which we offer.<\/span><\/p>\n


There are several reasons for this policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Firstly, our Session(s), Lesson(s), Program(s), PA Day(s) & Camp(s) are designed to be completed over a specific period of time, and we cannot offer refunds for Session(s), Lesson(s), Program(s), PA Day(s) & Camp(s) lessons, programs or camps that have already been completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Secondly, we cannot offer refunds for Session(s), Lesson(s), Program(s), PA Day(s) & Camp(s) that have already been booked, as we have already invested time and resources into delivering the content.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thirdly we make the commitment with the instructors\/staff who receive the largest part of this revenue.<\/span><\/p>\n


We understand that this policy may be disappointing, but we hope that you can appreciate the reasons behind it.<\/span><\/p>\n

We value our customers and are committed to providing you with the best possible learning experience.<\/span><\/p>\n
