Greg Lowe is a 55 year old father of four.

A Custom Home and Freeframing Specialist he has been building structures for Historical Board/Govt/Private and Commercial clients in the GTA and surrounding areas for over 40 years. 

Greg started skateboarding at the age of 8 thinking it would be a good way of training for hockey. He fell in love with the sport instantly and has been competing both professionally and recreationally ever since.

He first met Jay competing against one another at the CNE Championships back in the seventies and had the pleasure of watching him talk a guy into letting him jump his ferrari in front of the Eaton Center.

For 22 years, Greg has been a National Coaching Association-certified head coach at all levels of the Mississauga Hockey League and is  presently coaching a beginner Atom team for the Hearland Dragons.. 

Also a member of the International skateboard certification program.

Working with Jay Mandarino as a volunteer instructor/ builder since 2007 at the old CJ’s parklawn location (mentorship/special needs saturday morning classes in the back.), the horner ave CJ’s location 

(expansion/development and growth), to the new mississauga location has been a special journey for both 

children and adults alike.

Greg is looking forward to helping develop a new group of accomplished skateboarders, expansion and helping build a world-class facility that also caters to special needs and multiple community uses. 

 Thanks to tireless efforts from Jay Mandarino, tradesmen, park staff and volunteers the all new facility enables expansion in all areas and will be a major local/ tourist destination for many to enjoy.


Dave Barr

Senior Account Executive, McDougall Worden Insurance Brokers, OSHAWA, ON.

Dave is enjoying a long and established career in the general business insurance industry with many years living and working in Toronto.  In 2012 Dave and his family moved to Clarington, began working in Oshawa and met Jay at that time through business.  Dave co-chaired the CJ Skatepark Golf Tournament in 2016.

Dave is involved in individual athletics of varying degrees including golf, swimming and cycling.  As a member of the Advisory Board, he is there as a helper and to assist the organizers and the participants wherever he can.
